There may be slight color differences between different stock batches, and we cannot guarantee perfect color matches across batches. We are not liable for any pricing or stock inaccuracies on third-party articles, websites, or other external media. In such cases, we are unable to offer refunds for price discrepancies. In most cases, when you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product from us, and we will send you an order confirmation automatically. However, we consider your order accepted only upon delivery of the product. Until that point, we reserve the right to cancel your order for reasons such as pricing errors, delivery issues, or unavailability of the product. While such situations are uncommon, should they occur, we will refund any payments made for the order.

Product Bundles: At times, we may offer bundles, which are groups of products available at a discounted price. If you purchase a bundle and decide to return one of the items, we will only refund the discounted price of the returned item, not the full advertised price.

We do not offer price adjustments for items purchased during sales, promotions, or with discount codes. Once an item has been bought at a discounted price, no further reductions or adjustments will be applied, even if the price drops further later.

Purchasing furniture online can be a bit challenging, so we encourage you to consider the following before completing your order:.

Delivery: Our delivery service is to the entrance of the first communal door at your property. Unfortunately, we cannot enter your property under any circumstances.

Access: Will the furniture boxes easily fit through your property’s entryways? Check if your doors are wide enough and consider factors such as stairs, lifts, or hallways. We recommend reviewing the package dimensions listed on our website to ensure the boxes can fit through doors or passageways. Additionally, consider the weight of the boxes and arrange any necessary help to bring them inside, as our delivery team cannot assist with this.

Room Fit: Will the furniture fit in the intended room? Use the dimensions provided on the website to measure the space in your room and ensure the item will fit as planned.

Payment: We accept payment for all orders via credit or debit card either directly through our website or through PayPal.

 

Delivery

 

We strive to provide efficient and timely delivery services. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, your location, and the chosen delivery method. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout or in your order confirmation email.

Please note the following terms regarding delivery:

Delivery Locations: We offer delivery within the UK and internationally, subject to courier availability and delivery restrictions. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.

Address Change and Liability: If a recipient alters the delivery address without prior authorization, any resulting loss or misdelivery will be the sole responsibility of the recipient. We can instruct the courier to proceed with delivery to the originally provided address upon request; however, an additional charge will apply for this service. In such cases, we shall not be held liable for any loss or damage to the parcel. Furthermore, if the Proof of Delivery (POD) does not include the recipient's signature, the delivery will be deemed unsigned and at the recipient's own risk. We recommend ensuring all delivery information is accurate and final at the time of order to avoid such issues.

Delivery Charges: Delivery costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order and will be clearly displayed during checkout. Any additional fees for special delivery services will also be outlined at this time.

Delivery Times: While we aim to dispatch in-stock items within the timeframes stated on our website, delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer to process, and shipping times will be communicated during the ordering process.

Missed Deliveries: If delivery is missed twice, we will contact you to reschedule the redelivery. If no one is available to receive the order at the specified address, a redelivery fee may apply. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available at the delivery location during the scheduled time.

Product Inspection: Upon receiving your delivery, please inspect your items carefully before signing for them. If you notice any damage or issues, report them immediately to the delivery team or contact our customer service team.

Failed or Delayed Deliveries: Brightly Home is not liable for any delays or failures in delivery that are outside our control, including delays caused by third-party couriers, customs issues, or natural events.

Refused Delivery: If you choose to refuse delivery of your order without prior approval from Brightly Home, an additional handling fee of £75 will be charged. The original delivery fee will not be refunded, and the extra £75 handling fee will be deducted from your refund. If the product arrives damaged or does not match your order, please accept the delivery and contact our customer service team immediately to arrange a return or replacement in accordance with our Product Returns & Refund Policy.

 

Pre-order

 

By placing a pre-order with Brightly Home, you are reserving a product that is not yet in stock but will be available at a future date. Please review the following terms related to pre-orders:

Payment: When placing a pre-order, full payment is required at the time of purchase to secure your item. This guarantees your place in the queue for when the product becomes available.

Estimated Delivery: The estimated availability and delivery date will be provided at the time of purchase. Please note that these dates are estimates and may be subject to change. We will notify you of any significant delays.

Cancellation: You may cancel your pre-order at any time before the product has been dispatched for a full refund. Once the item is in stock and has been shipped, our standard return and refund policies will apply.

Delivery: Once your pre-ordered item is available, we will dispatch it in line with our standard shipping terms. You will receive an email with tracking information once the product has shipped.

Product Changes: In rare instances, there may be updates or changes to the product after you have placed your pre-order. If this happens, we will inform you immediately and provide options, including cancellation or adjustments to your order.

 

Want to cancel an order, but you have not received it.

 

Cancelling an Order Before Delivery : If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been delivered, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund.

However, if your order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to cancel it. In this case, you can refuse delivery upon arrival or follow our Product Returns & Refund Policy once the item has been delivered. Please note that in such instances, the original delivery fee may not be refundable, and any handling or return fees may apply.

Cancelling an Order After Dispatch: If you wish to cancel an order that has already been dispatched, you will need to wait for the delivery to arrive and then follow our Product Returns & Refund Policy. Please do not open the packaging and refuse delivery when it arrives, or contact our customer service team to arrange a return. Please note that the original delivery fee may not be refunded, and an additional handling fee may apply for the return of the item. Once the item is returned to us in its original condition, we will process your refund, minus any applicable fees.

 

Plagiarism
